These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ug338 platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ug338. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By accessing or using ug338, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Employees of ug338 and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.
Each player may hold exactly one ug338 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balance or pending bonus.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All bonuses are subject to turnover requirements before withdrawal. ug338 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules set out in Clause 14.

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by ug338 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and right to use the Platform. |
| "IDR" | Indonesian Rupiah — the exclusive currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the Platform are denominated. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, as updated by ug338 from time to time. |
To open and maintain an Account on the ug338 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

To register a Player Account on ug338, you must complete the online registration form accurately and truthfully, providing at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid and active email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, and a username and password of your choosing.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the ug338 Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ug338 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds associated with them, and withhold any pending withdrawal arising from activity conducted across duplicate Accounts pending a full fraud review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. ug338 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ug338 support immediately at [email protected].
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, current, and complete. If any of your registration details change — including your contact email, phone number, or bank account — you must update your Account profile promptly. ug338 reserves the right to suspend an Account where incorrect or outdated information is discovered until the Player provides updated verified documentation.
ug338 reserves the right to request identity and document verification (KYC) at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including — but not limited to — at the time of first withdrawal, when a cumulative withdrawal threshold is reached, or where ug338 has reason to suspect a breach of these Terms. The following documents may be requested:
ug338 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete and legible document set. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the review period. ug338 will not be held liable for any delay in processing a withdrawal where that delay is attributable to an incomplete or illegible document submission by the Player.
ug338 accepts deposits in IDR via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the deposit page within your Account at the time of initiating a transaction. Deposit limits may vary by payment method and by Account tier.
Deposits made via e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) via the BI-FAST instant payment network are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the sending bank. ug338 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds originate from a legitimate source that is your own. You must not deposit funds that are derived from illegal activity. ug338 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
If a deposit is confirmed by your bank or e-wallet but is not reflected in your Account within thirty (30) minutes, you must contact ug338 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. ug338 will investigate and, where the transfer is confirmed by the payment provider, will credit the amount to your Account within 24 hours.
A withdrawal request may only be submitted where: (a) your Account has completed the relevant KYC verification stage; (b) your Account balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) is equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal amount applicable to your chosen payment method; and (c) there are no active fraud or compliance investigations on your Account.
ug338 targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the moment a withdrawal request is approved by the ug338 payments team:
ug338 is not responsible for delays caused by network outages, bank maintenance windows, or e-wallet system disruptions that are outside ug338's control.
Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account number used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless the Player has submitted and received approval for a payment method change via the KYC process. This policy exists to prevent fraud and to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction, per day, and per calendar month are displayed within the Account withdrawal page. VIP-tier players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits; contact support for details applicable to your Account tier.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ug338 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its release. In addition to those specific terms, the following general conditions apply to every bonus offered on the Platform:
ug338 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets (hedging) designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or collaborating with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where ug338 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all affected wagers, forfeit all associated bonus funds and winnings, close the relevant Account(s), and permanently exclude the Player from the Platform.
ug338 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time, with reasonable advance notice published on the Platform where practicable. A Player's continued participation in a promotion after notice of modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All bets placed on the ug338 sportsbook, casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and virtual sports products are subject to ug338's product-specific betting rules, which are published within each product section of the Platform. A bet is not confirmed until ug338's system has issued a bet confirmation reference number. ug338 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet where: (a) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) the outcome is known at the time the bet is placed; (c) the bet is placed by an ineligible Player; or (d) the Platform has experienced a technical malfunction that affected the odds or game outcome.
ug338's sportsbook offers Asian handicap (voor bola) and accumulator (mix parlay) markets on football and other sports. All sportsbook bets are settled according to the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 official results for domestic football; FIFA for Timnas Indonesia and World Cup fixtures). In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time, affected single bets will be voided and the stake returned; accumulator bets will be recalculated by removing the abandoned selection and adjusting the odds accordingly.
All casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by the Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and live-dealing procedures of the studio providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others). ug338 does not control the outcome of any individual game round. In the event of a technical interruption to a live casino session, the game will be resolved in accordance with the studio provider's published rules for incomplete rounds, and the result communicated to the Player via Account transaction history.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug338 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonus funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
ug338 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and ug338. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
ug338 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player financial data, identity documents, and transaction records are stored on secured servers with restricted access controls and are not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. ug338 may share data with payment processors (e.g., BCA, OVO), identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug338's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any bet placed thereon shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ug338 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform; or (d) losses resulting from circumstances beyond ug338's reasonable control, including force majeure events, network outages, regulatory interventions, or actions of third-party payment providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ug338 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ug338 will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to withdraw your remaining Balance, submit a withdrawal request before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug338 holds its international gaming licence, as notified to Players upon request.
In the event of any dispute between you and ug338 arising out of your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ug338 support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and any supporting documentation. ug338 will attempt to respond to and resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of ug338's receipt of your written complaint, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ug338. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.
